Abstract
Mostly 5 to 15% of the women in the stage of reproduction face the disease called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which is the multifaceted, heterogeneous and complex. The long term consequences diseases like endometrial hyperplasia, type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary disease are caused by the polycystic ovaries, chronic anovulation and hyperandrogenism are characterized with the resistance of insulin and the hypertension, abdominal obesity and dyslipidemia and hyperinsulinemia are called as Metabolic syndrome (frequent metabolic traits) The above cause the common disease called Anovulatory infertility. Computer based information along with advanced Data mining techniques are used for appropriate results. Classification is a classic data mining task, with roots in machine learning. Naïve Bayesian, Artificial Neural Network, Decision Tree, Support Vector Machines are the classification tasks in the data mining. Feature selection methods involve generation of the subset, evaluation of each subset, criteria for stopping the search and validation procedures. The characteristics of the search method used are important with respect to the time efficiency of the feature selection methods. PCA (Principle Component Analysis), Information gain Subset Evaluation, Fuzzy rough set evaluation, Correlation based Feature Selection (CFS) are some of the feature selection techniques, greedy first search, ranker etc are the search algorithms that are used in the feature selection. In this paper, a new algorithm which is based on Fuzzy neural subset evaluation and artificial neural network is proposed which reduces the task of classification and feature selection separately. This algorithm combines the neural fuzzy rough subset evaluation and artificial neural network together for the better performance than doing the tasks separately.

Considering Two Sides of One Review Using Stanford NLP Frameworkrahulmonikasharma
Sentiment analysis is a type of natural language processing for tracking the mood of the public about a particular product or a topic and is useful in several ways. Polarity shift is the most classical task which aims at classifying the reviews either positive or negative. But in many cases, in addition to the positive and negative reviews, there still many neutral reviews exist. However, the performance sometimes limited due to the fundamental deficiencies in handling the polarity shift problem. We propose an Improvised Dual Sentiment Analysis (IDSA) model to address this problem for sentiment classification. We first propose a novel data expansion technique by creating sentiment-reversed review for each training and test review. We develop a corpus based method to construct a pseudo-antonym dictionary. It removes DSA’s dependency on an external antonym dictionary for review reversion. We conduct a range of experiments and the results demonstrates the effectiveness of DSA in addressing the polarity shift in sentiment classification. .
A New Detection and Decoding Technique for (2×N_r ) MIMO Communication Systemsrahulmonikasharma
The requirements of fifth generation new radio (5G- NR) access networks are very high capacity and ultra-reliability. In this paper, we proposed a V-BLAST2 × N_r MIMO system that is analyzed, improved, and expected to achieve both very high throughput and ultra- reliability simultaneously.A new detection technique called parallel detection algorithm is proposed. The performance of the proposed algorithm compared with existing linear detection algorithms. It was seen that the proposed technique increases the speed of signal transmission and prevents error propagation which may be present in serial decoding techniques. The new algorithm reduces the bit error probability and increases the capacity simultaneouslywithout using a standard STC technique. However, it was seen that the BER of systems using the proposed algorithm is slightly higher than a similar system using only STC technique. Simulation results show the advantages of using the proposed technique.

CFD Simulation of By-pass Flow in a HRSG module by R&R Consult.pptxR&R Consult
CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
It is always satisfying when we can help solve complex challenges like this. Do your systems also need a check-up or optimization? Give us a call!

1. Introduction
In a University administration, information systems
handle sensitive data about students, faculty and staff and
other stakeholders. The efficiency of a university
administration depends on the capability of retrieving and
sharing information by the related departments. Joshi, M.
A., and Kulkarni, R.V., (2001) explored the possibilities of
organizing a Management Information System to efficiently
manage a University administration. Goldstein, P.J., and
Katz, R.N., (2005) of Educause Centre for Applied Research
has found that most academic institutions rely on their
enterprise transaction processing systems for their
information needs.
The factors considered below prompted the formal
aspects of discussion of the paper describing a technology
supported evaluation system as a part of an ERP solution for
the University.
1. Increase in the number of affiliated
arts/science/commerce institutions in aided / unaided /
self-financing streams.
2. Widely dispersed location of university teaching
departments.
3. Changes in evaluation system of university –annual,
semester, credit & semester etc.
4. Starting of new technical (professional institutions) in
the aided / unaided / self-financing sectors.
5. Increase in number of students in the different
institutions.
6. Introduction of new academic programs by the
University after the curriculum restructuring and
vocationalization of the first degree programmes
7. Implementing the various academic programmes and
others, supported by the University Grants
Commission (UGC) and other funding agencies.
8. Difficulty of administering the University due to the
geographic locations of the affiliated institutions
9. Increase in the number of examinations to be held by
the University for the very large number of
programmes.
2.1 Development of an Information System for the
University
An Information System of the University which includes all
its functions can be developed for its efficient management.
