communication
1) Manipulative side
A technique is totally
controll by the teacher and
requires a predicted
response from the students
2) Communicative side
Teachers usually put
into less controlled role,
the students become free
tobe creative with their
responses and interactions
with other students.
Mechanical,meani
ngful, and
communicative
drills
1)Mechanical drill
It only has one correct response
from a student, and have no implied
connection with the reality. Repetation
drills require for instance that the
student repeat a word or phrase
whether the student understaand it or
not.
2) Meaningful drill
It may have a predicted response or
a limited set of possible responses, but it
is connected to some form of reallity.
3)Communicative drill
It offers the student the possibility
of an open response and negotiation of
meaning . It’s also called from-focused.

Classification Of Technique From manipulation to communication 1) Manipulative side A technique is totally controll by the teacher and requires a predicted response from the students 2) Communicative side Teachers usually put into less controlled role, the students become free tobe creative with their responses and interactions with other students. Mechanical,meani ngful, and communicative drills 1)Mechanical drill It only has one correct response from a student, and have no implied connection with the reality. Repetation drills require for instance that the student repeat a word or phrase whether the student understaand it or not. 2) Meaningful drill It may have a predicted response or a limited set of possible responses, but it is connected to some form of reallity. 3)Communicative drill It offers the student the possibility of an open response and negotiation of meaning . It’s also called from-focused.

Organizational : Structuring of lesson or class activities includes diciplinary action, organization of class furniture and seating, general procedures for class interaction and performance,structure and purpose of lesson,etc. Reading aloud, translation,dictati on etc.
