Team 1 created a group chat and meeting to coordinate their work plan. Their tasks were to collect information about students interested in TheVidhwan and explain/promote TheVidhwan. They created a Google form that 45 students filled out, with 29% familiar with TheVidhwan. They held a 15-person Zoom session to discuss TheVidhwan further. Common student problems included academic, financial, skill development, and psychological issues. Expected solutions addressed teaching methods, access to resources and opportunities, and support for mental health and self-care. Team 1 worked well together and completed their assigned tasks.

1. Report Submission of Team Task 001 by TEAM 1
At the very beginning we created a group chat in Facebook where we can be easily available.
We conducted an informal meeting to know each other and prepare a week work plan according
to which we completed our tasks. Our first team task was to collect the information of students,
interested for "TheVidhwan" and another task was to explain about TheVidhwan and gather
feedback & suggestions.
So, we created a Google form, forwarded it to our close friends, siblings and circle. The total
form filled up was 45. Among them, only 29% students were familiar about TheVidhwan but they
had put their problems and expected solutions in a meaningful way. On Wednesday, we
conducted our first public session at sharp 4'o clock on Zoom. The total participants who
attended the session were 15, they were so curious and the session went interactive. At the
end, we sent them an appreciation letter attaching the feedback form and link of TheVidhwan
(IG, FB, and Web).
The major queries of the participants were:
1. About membership
2. Product and Service Category
3. Model and Timing of Delivery
4. Payment System
5. Unique value proposition
6. Presence of TheVidhwan (Physical and Online)
7. Confusion about the rating of the products
8. Limited resources for buying and selling

1. Practical teaching method should be encouraged & Use of ICT in Educational sector
2. The assignment of theory subjects should be allowed to do in ms office/docs.

4. Compulsorily all the essential instruments are provided to do laboratory works.
5. Program regarding LGBTIQ whole thing should be conducted as well as these things
should be mentioned in text books.

Overall we had a great teamwork, a very good understanding with each other so we were able to
successfully complete our first team task.
