Teamwork can be identified as a group effort
when it is effective and efficient. And it includes
group of individuals on a project and all of them
agreeing and believing in the same goal.

an organisation .

6. Learning theory
• Teamwork is build upon a constructivist type of
learning. This means that students needs to
provided with the necessary tools so they can
build their own procedures in order to solve a
problem as a team.
• This constructivist theory allows individuals to
become active, encourages a small group of
students to work together for the achievement
of a common goal
