Isha M. Roman has over 10 years of experience in education. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education and an A.A. in General Studies. Currently, she is a second grade teacher at Cypress Park Elementary School where she establishes rules, evaluates students, and adapts her teaching to meet varying needs. Previously, she was a P.E. paraprofessional and health instructor at McCoy Elementary School. She also worked as a paraprofessional providing instructional support, computer instruction, translating, and tutoring at New Beginnings Educational Center.
