Billy Williams has over 10 years of experience in parks and recreation as well as education settings. He currently works as a Recreation Aide for the City of Garland where he provides information to the public, registers participants, and supervises recreation activities. Williams also has experience as a paraprofessional and coach in Richardson and Sherman ISDs, where he helped students achieve academic and behavioral goals. He holds certifications in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and CPR and a Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation from Southeastern Oklahoma University.
