3. Reasons Behind Having This Class Boys learn best when their needs are being met. This classroom teacher tries to meet specific student needs to help them with their learning. How it is set up The boys go to the gym and really focus on their Reading and Maths. Benefits to students The student have thrived. They feel they learn more this way, through their academic work and sports –without distractions.

5. Reasons for having this class People learn through technology and the technology helps them learn. How it is set up There are thirteen computers and two lap tops. This class has an interactive board, clickers, interactive pad and much more. Benefit to students Some students learn better through use of technology also some children focus better from using technology. In this class computers are always available for maths and language and internet resources.

7. Reasons Behind Having This Class Students have an opportunity to focus just on Science with a specialist teacher. How It Is Set Up The teacher only teaches science. Half the room is a Science lab and the other half is a class room. Benefits To Students Students get to learn and explore more about Science in more depth than what they could do in an ordinary classroom. They get to have an inside view on what Science is going to be like when they go to College.

9. Reasons Behind Having This Class The two teachers in this class work closely together and come up with new strategies to support individual learning in the class. How It Is Set Up One teacher works two days and helps out on another two days. The other teacher works for three days. Benefits To Students Students get extra help and the teachers talk together heaps and come up with new ideas to help student with their learning. It means that students in this class have more opportunities to get support with learning ,because there are often two teachers available.

How It Is Set Up This class has sixteen computers and uses our computer lab a lot. They use a lot of technology to help them learn. Benefits To Students The student s in this class benefit from learning new stuff that challenges their thinking. It works well because everybody in their class is around the same level of learning and they all have a powerful interest in their learning !
