Operations Manager – Pediatric & Adolescents Services
Bancroft, Campus & Community Programs, Haddonfield, NJ 7/2009 –Present
- Responsibilities include managing multiple residential group homes with 12+ staff per group home.
- Responsible for managing an average caseload of 10 clients; assisted in the successfuladmittance and discharge
of clients as needed.
- Provided ongoing leadership, advice, training, and guidance to direct reports regarding the daily care,instruction,
and safety of clients
- Ensured all staff were adequately trained on medication administration, audited client medication administration
records daily, weekly and monthly to ensure all medications were dispensed according to physicians’ orders for
continued care; responsible for all medical care of individuals.
- Conducted weekly staff meetings and attended program management meetings to promote a constant flow of
information, open discussion, and knowledge sharing.
- Managed ongoing job performance of direct reports through development and timely monitoring of performance
evaluations; developed performance improvement plans and implemented disciplinary action as needed
- Interviewed and screened applicants to identify qualified candidates, appropriately explained job responsibilities
and performance expectations to applicants, and provided hiring and termination recommendations to human
resources personnel.
- Evaluated prospective clients and recommended appropriate staffing levels to ensure a maximum level of
individual care as well as participating in a rotating on call.
- Participated in the development and implementation of staff scheduling and performance improvement systems to
ensure efficient and cost-effective operation.
- Maintains effective communications with consumers, parents, guardians and other family members, healthcare
personnel, supervisors and coworkers across Programs and functions, neighbors, surrounding communities, etc.
- Prepares for,and promptly responds to, emergency situations to ensure the safety and security of the Program site
and consumers at all times; e.g., participates in fire drills, emergency evacuations, etc. Notifies proper authority
in the event of a valid emergency. Conducts fire drills on a monthly basis according to DDD standards.
- Ensures Program site operates in accordance with the organization’s quality standards for safety,cleanliness, and
comfort and state licensing and accreditation standards.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful environment, free of abuse,neglect, or exploitation; does not
allow weapons, threats,bullying or intimidation.
Program Manager – Pediatric & Adolescents Services

- Developed, implemented, and monitored client’s goals and behavior plans, monitored medication levels, and
reported on risk management. Evaluated areas of concern from risk management reports for various program
sites.
- Skilled at professionally writing the annual IHP document as well as any necessary IHP modifications made
