 Through effective controllable cost control management, reduce the controllable costs by nothing
less than the below target.
 Plan and execute annual stock take as per the defined SOP’s, delivering a result of no more than
0.4% at retail.
 Ensure that the stock take objective is achieved by adhering to the inventory management SOP’s,
365 days of the year.
 Through effective communication, stock management systems and processes, ensure that the
store has 100% on shelf availability.
 Execute the weekly bulletin on time and follow up against the requirements.
 Ensure daily briefings take place to update the team on Business performance, new products,
SOP’s and HR initiatives. Feedback is to be monitored on a monthly basis and feedback/guidance
provided where required.
 Execute weekly internal audit/SOP checks as per Area Manager Guidelines.
 The mystery shopping program will be conducted monthly by Hellion; each store is required to
achieve an average result of no less than 85% by end of year.
 The Customer Survey Index will be conduct bi-annually; required to achieve nothing less than the
below target for both the CSI and the CP
 The Retail Calendar must be executed precisely in store, driving brand awareness and sales.
Review and measure all of the promotional KPI’s within one month after the completion of a
promotion.
 Increase staff engagement through the continuous development of the Linked action plan,
focusing on 5 key priorities. The priorities will be reviewed based on the results from our next
survey scheduled yearly.
 Mentor and coach existing locals by territory and ensure development plans are in place.
 In conjunction with the HR Business Partner ensure that all Human Capital projects are
implemented as per guidelines and queries dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
 Recommend areas of training need within the store and assists in developing and delivering
programs to address them.
 Help identify individuals with potential within the store and allocate additional responsibilities to
further their development.
