Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement talent
management strategies that align with corporate and HR
strategy and values in partnership with HR management,
business and corporate leadership.
Career Management & Talent Mobility: Define and execute
a strategy for career management that enables the
organization to provide full transparency of internal career
opportunities and flexible career paths, that stimulates
open exchange of individual aspirations, and that proofs
the real value of being an “Employer of Choice” for both the
organization as the individual.
Talent Identification & Succession Planning : Own the
annual enterprise wide Talent Review / Succession
Planning processes. Support leaders and HR Business
partners by providing tools, resources and best practices
to assess and identify potential talent and successors.
Strong collaboration with L&D to enable leadership
development programs that strengthen our culture and
shape our future leaders.
2. Profile (= what you’ll need)
• Deep expertise in Talent Management methodologies,
combined with a successful track record in designing
and delivering Talent Management practices and
processes
• Skills in conceptual and creative thinking to define
