Talent Management Expert
The talent management expert leads the design and implementation of career management, succession planning and
talent mobility, in order to achieve business goals, to enhance the organization’s effectiveness and to create an internal
pipeline of top talent.
Responsibilities (= what you’ll do)
Vision and Strategy:
Develop and implement talent
management strategies that align with corporate and HR
strategy and values in partnership with HR management,
business and corporate leadership.
Career Management & Talent Mobility:
Define and execute
a strategy for career management that enables the
organization to provide full transparency of internal career
opportunities and flexible career paths, that stimulates
open exchange of individual aspirations, and that proofs
the real value of being an “Employer of Choice” for both the
organization as the individual.
Talent Identification & Succession Planning :
Own the
annual enterprise wide Talent Review / Succession
Planning processes. Support leaders and HR Business
partners by providing tools, resources and best practices
to assess and identify potential talent and successors.
Strong collaboration with L&D to enable leadership
development programs that strengthen our culture and
shape our future leaders.
Profile (= what you’ll need)
•	 Deep expertise in Talent Management methodologies,
combined with a successful track record in designing
and delivering Talent Management practices and
processes
•	 Skills in conceptual and creative thinking to define
alternative approaches for business problems,
combined with excellent project management / change
management skills
•	 Capacity to build rapport with senior leadership,
combined with ability to establish trust and a reputation
for discretion and sound judgement
•	 Strong affinity with HRIS technology, combining data
analytics into meaningful conclusions
•	 True collaboration mindset, combined with strong
communication and knowledge sharing skills (= develop
and share field-HR capability in talent management and
development).
•	 End-to-end ownership from design to execution, with
strong focus on realizing Business results combining
strategic and operational skills
•	 Proficiency in Dutch, English and French both spoken
and written
•	 Clear match with Telenet values and competencies
(a.o. passion, leadership, customer centricity, aligning
priorities, framing & sharing information, dealing with
ambiguity, …)
Practicalities
Timing: Starting asap (June 2015) for 6 months
(till end Dec 2015, with possible extension)
