Purpose 
Consulting Unlimited is a coaching philosophy and the name of my brand. 
Understanding the values of organisations, the nature of business environments as well as the 
factors which motivate individuals is vital to formulating value added strategies for each unique 
business. Going beyond the typical measures, the aim is to push the boundaries and expand 
our experience of success. 
My aim is to continually deliver a service which positively transforms organisational 
cultures while increasing wellbeing and bottom line performance. 
This philosophy suits organisations and leaders who are not only striving for long term 
sustainable growth, but for those wanting to optimise the wellbeing of their people , provide 
exceptional value to their customers and benefit the broader society within which they operate. 
This approach is not for the faint hearted nor for those seeking quick wins. With each workshop, 
training course, template, software, matrix, meeting or presentation there should emerge 
continual learning, greater alignment of purpose, satisfaction and ongoing positive evolution.
