2. Welcome to Talenox Profiles app! Here’s a guide to explore the functions in Profiles app.
In Profiles App, you’ll be first presented with “Company Details”. This is where you can update details
like your Company’s Name, Employer File Return No., Company Logo, …. ….

4. This is where you can edit the Company Details.
Once you have updated the details, click on “Save”.

5. From Company Details, you can add or edit working days setting. In “Working Days setting”, this is
where you can set if a day in the week is a working full day, half a working day or not a working day.
Thereafter, you can choose the Employees that you would like to assign to this setting.

6. Similar to Working Days setting, “Working Hours setting” will be used to determine the proration
calculation for payroll. To set working hours per week, simply key into the “Hours per week” field.
Similarly, you can choose the Employees that you would like to assign to this setting.

Once Company Details are being filled up,mouse over the top left navigation menu and click on
“Employee Listing” to start populating the information for employees. :)

In “Employee Listing”, you can start by importing employees into Talenox.
To do so, click on “Import Employees into Talenox” on the top right.

A new window will pop-up to show you a Google Sheet for you to import your employees details.
If you have a ready Excel sheet or other formats, you can copy and paste over to this Google Sheet.
Alternatively, you can key in one by one. Do note that the yellow fields
are required to be filled up to ensure payroll accuracy.

Once the Google Sheet is filled up, close the window and you’ll see this window where yo can click on
“Yes, start import!” to start importing. Do not worrying about closing the Google Sheet window as the
temporary session will be autosaved as long as you are connected to internet.
Once import is done, you can start exploring other features in Talenox. :)

Other than importing, another way is to add employee individually.
To do so, you can click on “Add Employee” .

In individual employee profile, the most important fields are the ones with asterisk. Once they are
filled up, payroll can be calculated accurately. Other fields are for you to keep track of your employees
personal information. Do note that the “Start date” and “End date” of the job
will affect salary proration calculation.

One important section to take note is the Employment Details. Please note that “Hired Date” will
determine how Leave is being awarded or entitled. As for “Confirmation Date”, this should be keyed in
after probation to ensure that your employees get awarded for their Annual Leave entitlement.

As for “Immigration Status”, please choose the right one to ensure that the MPF
contribution is calculated correctly. As for contractors who are not receiving MPF, you
can choose the Contract option.
