This document provides a syllabus for an English class focusing on speaking competencies. It outlines two basic competencies: (1) doing simple conversations about introductions, greetings, and commands, and (2) doing simple conversations about asking and offering help, asking and giving goods. For each competency, learning materials, activities, indicators, assessment, time allocation and sources are specified. Conversations will focus on asking and responding to simple questions to demonstrate understanding of purpose and ability to conduct simple conversations.
