Employed as an On-Site Staffing Manager at Little Tikes, Hudson, Ohio and assist the
production plant to fulfill staffing needs.
 Responsible for 100+ full-time production associates
 Process payroll/deductions for all associates
 Ensure associates adhere to all company policies and procedures

 At the campus level, I was the President of the Sunshine Committee, served on hiring
teams, a member of the Campus Leadership Team and Math Core Professional
Learning Community.
 On the district level, I served on the PRIDE 2.0 (district evaluation process) and
numerous interview/selection committees (Principal/Assistant Principal, Director of
Counseling Services, Director of Technology, Assistant Superintendent of Human
