A Supply Chain professional with about 20 years of "hands-on" experience in Logistics, Warehouse
management , Stores management, Inventory management, Vendor’s management, Transport
management as well as People management. Ability to develop and implement administrative,
operational and cost control procedures to increase productivity and efficiency; cope well under pressure
within a fast-paced environment; communicate effectively at all levels; and interact supportively within a

5. Experience: DHL GLOBAL FARWARDING PAKISTAN (Dec. 2004 to Present).
Currently working as a Manager Warehouse & Transport (Mondelez & Huawei Projects) Internal
Auditor for Inventory & Safety compliance. Reporting to Director LMS/Supply Chain
 Major Warehouse Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting role to managing Mondelez warehouse Lahore for Cold & dry
products
• Played key role in shifting Mondelez warehouse from 200 pallets position facility to newly
developed racking based cold chain facility of 1200 pallets position having area of more than
35000sqft
• Monitoring current storage & distribution operation of Tang & Chocolate products from Lahore to
Central & North Distributors.
• Managing monthly average throughput of 100,000 cases from Lahore warehouses
• Managing inventory DHL-WMS300 & Mondelez-SAP software in parallel.
• Achieving target of 99.9% inventory accuracy
 Transportation Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with vendors/sub-contractors for acquiring transportationmaterial handling
equipment’s at competitive rates. During my present career period, I have saved more than 25
million by streamlining the system of vendor management.
• Ensure continuous operation meeting with transporters/sub-contractors and scheduling team to
discuss routine operations issues and solutions.
• I have also good experience of planning & execution of transport operations for heavy projects
(Ujalla Project Punjab Gov.).In 2013 We successfully managed a very complicated transport
operations 600 trucks arranged & dispatched within five days to 36 cities of Punjab.
• In this operations, we used Multi excels, low bed vehicles, heaviest cranes at sites. I have
completed this assignment without having any single damage to equipment.
• I was also involved in PTW transport operations from Karachi sea port to Lahore warehouses.
• Develop & implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work processes for transport
operations.
• Check and approve transporters invoices for payment.
 Warehouse Operations –Huawei Project: (June 2011 to January 2016)
 To keep good relationship with the customers
 Responsible of end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for Huawei Project with two
Warehouses at Lahore having area of about 180,000 sqft.
 In Huawei project, we were managing ten different sub-projects i.e Huawei-Warid, Huawei-Mobilink.
Huawei-U-phone, Huawei-PTCL. Huawei-CMPAK, Huawei-Telenor, Huawei-Wateen, Huawei-ARMY,
Huawei Ujalla & Repair & Return.
 Performed all recruiting tasks; trained, developed and managed 85 co-workers.
 To get the daily inventory reports from warehouses & advise warehouse supervisors for weekly &
sudden stock taking for better inventory control.
 Manage sudden stock count at warehouses to ensure inventory accuracy.
 Working with inventory management team to solve inventory related issues.
 We are managing warehouse operations with 100% inventory accuracy since the start of this
warehouse. We got appreciation letter from Huawei for operations excellence in warehouse
operations.
 To work with project manager to ensure regional support functions are being implemented.
 To ensure timely updating of the Data in the system (WMS) and Exceed online software
 To verify the custom documents i.e. Custom Invoice, Master Air Way Bill
House Air Way Bill and Packing List.
 To ensure timely put way the material in proper location as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
 To ensure reconcile the material with check list.
 To ensure prepare the receiving documents i.e. Inward Gate Pass, Good receiving Note,
Abnormality report, Put way note and check list.
 To co-ordinate with transporters, riggers and site engineers.
 To get timely prepared billing records & KPI
 To ensure the stock position report on daily basis.

 Warehouse Operations –Ericsson Project: (December 2004 to May 2011)
• Responsible of end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for Ericsson Project with two
Warehouses at Lahore and Karachi having area of about 200,000 sqft.
• In Ericsson project, we were managing three different sub-projects i.e Ericsson-Warid, Ericsson-
Mobilink & Repair & Return.
• In RnR project responsible for managing E2E logistics services by receiving faulty parts form
sites, packing as per approved standards for export to Ericsson head quarter in Sweden.
 We were also receiving good & repaired parts import shipments from Ericsson repair Centre in
Sweden & distributing to sites all over Pakistan as per customer instructions
• Managing inventory on three WMS software in parallel. Ericsson-Warid inventory was managed
on SAP & WMS300 while for Ericsson-Mobilink project inventory was managed on AIMS software
which is owned & solely developed for PMCL.
• Managed company’s owned and outsourced transport fleet and rigging teams.
• Assessed supply/inventory options in order to determine optimal resource mix.
• Maintaining compliance with organizational standards and objectives.
• Managed projects in the term of KPI tracing, progress against time, cost and specification.
• Ensure all cost and budget variances, issues are flagged and highlighted.
• Enhance existing standard operating procedures (SOP) are documented and implemented
• To develop and monitor the replenishment process for the purchases of the warehouses
inventories
