Oracle is the largest S/W and H/W company. SUN Microsystems merged into Oracle in 2012. There’s no big change of
SCM manager even after merged into Oracle. It was almost same except some project experience.
1-1) 2012~ Present Global Service Logistics Account Manager (ORACLE)
Achievements
□ ERP replacement: Oracle GSI (Global Single Instance) from 3rd
party ERP. I was JAPAC representative
of this world wide project. Then organize JAPAC team as trainer of trainer concept. And I made
successful project – go-live from August 2011 (US/NAMER/LAD), Oct 2011(EMEA) & Dec
2011(JAPAC).
□ Implement the monitoring system of end to end order flow, GSCCC(Global Supply Chain Command
Center) across the world which provide clear visibility of whole part order flow and conduct training
session to across the JAPAC team – go live from June 2012
□ Established Osan warehouse to support Samsung and more key customers in Osan sphere.

□ Saving the inventory cost via quarterly demand analysis of zero or slow moving inventories( to
reduce “waste”)turn items, then make decrease set of safety stock or zerorize them with obsolete
option.
□ With this saved cost, tried to seek the area of investment of Korean specific business requirement
(to improve service levels to customers)where came from regular System Sales or Premier Sales
meeting.
□ Establish Daejeon warehouse to support 2nd
capital city of Sejong and mid-located several
customers in Daejeon sphere.
□ Supply weekly delivery report to Service Delivery team so that they can manage customers effectively.
Also they can use this data not to do over-service delivery vs contract terms which can save the SCM cost
of delivery and spare parts. Also we can discuss to improve our service capability in case of low quality of
service with together.
□ Supply monthly cost analysis report to Premier support sales so that they can leverage actual delivery
cost vs contracted revenue. And they can increase more contract revenue vs actual cost.
□ Supply monthly report of old products to System Sales so that they can get opportunity of new business
deal via Tech-refresh program which will migrate from old line of products to new system. It’s win-win
strategy to customer and sales.
