A manager who is analytical, decisive and process driven. I have managed in various roles from warehouse to back
office and improved results in all by looking at the method used and instilling a continual improvement strategy. For
the last 6 years have been heavily involved in the Logistics of the business which is a FMCG business operating a
mainly JIT philosophy. Whilst in this role obsolescence was reduced and our out of stock situation was improved,
going from 95% availability of the core items, to 99%. I was heavily involved in the analysis for the amalgamation of 2
