2. Project – South Yoloten Gas Project, Turkmenistan ( JI-199 ) From April-2011 To June-2012 :
 Handled Structure Steel dispatches from 17 Fab shops across UAE , Coordinated & arrangement
of containers requirement’s received from various Fabrications shops for Structural steels
(includes secondary steels ) to Turkmenistan site, app. 2100 Containers ( 27000 MT ) dispatched
to site .
 Continuous follow ups with Fab. vendors & Freight Forwarders for containers requirement’s &
ensuring the same to be delivered at right time required by our Fabricators & ensuring the loaded
container back to port with shipping documents reached to freight forwarder on time.
 Coordination between Projects, vendors & Freight forwarder for placements of Trailers/containers
at vendors works to shift Raw materials/ Finished products to various Fabricators/ site
respectively.
 Monitor loading /lashing /shipping documentation activities to avoid detention, damage charges
levied by FF / Liners.
 Coordinated for proper shifting of Raw materials to ASSENT Fab from port & stock entry in
SMCS in system, also distribution of these materials to other fab shops as per projects advise.
 Shifting of balance raw materials from all the fab shops to allocated yard in DHL & its stock
updating in SMCS system.
 Reports preparation & circulation on daily basis.
3. Project – Badra , Iraq ( JI-2013 ) From July 2012 To Feb-2014 :
 Worked in Piping spool Fabrication & coordinated all Logistics activities( Inbound & Outbound )
relating to Piping Spool fabrication at Penta Global, Abu Dhabi,
 Coordination for inbound Raw materials delivery to Penta Global from all vendors & entry in
SMCS & ensuring proper coordination at various stages between Penta, vendor & F/F for
releasing the documents from Customs/ MOFI clearances etc.,
 Coordinated for containers placement’s at Fab shop for Piping spools dispatches to Badra site &

 Activities involve follow up with Vendor for Proper loading plan, supervision at the time of Barge/Vessel
loading & release of required documents,
 Handling Materials activities related with package 6 material shifting from HLG yard to Fab Shops &
SARB Island & follow ups for proper entry in the SMCS system,
 Continuous Visit to Loading Jetty for planned load outs , its supervision, Preparation & circulation of Log
to Projects,
 Coordinated for returned/balance materials shifted from Site & its proper storages at Agility Yard

 Handling materials movements from /to Fab shop to other locations including arrangements / follow ups
for Trailers with Fab shop & LSP,

 Coordinating with Fab shop for Fabricated structure steel stuffing, its proper lashing ,documents
preparation & release of the trailers/containers in time.
