E Score Give yourself two points for each favorable answer. Can you recognize your emotions?  Can you manage your emotions?  Can you recognize others’ emotions?  Can you manage others’ emotions?  Are your social skills at their best?
I Score Give yourself two points for each favorable answer. Can you receive information accurately?  Can you process it effectively?  Can you apply it appropriately?  Are you the most informed person in the industry?  Are you the best speaker in the company?
S1 Score Give yourself two points for each favorable answer. Do you follow the 80/20 rule for selfless thinking?  Do you follow the 80/20 rule for selfless speech?  Do you follow the 80/20 rule for selfless action?  Do you spend two hours a week doing charity work?  Are you in contact with a selfless mentor?
S2 Score Give yourself two points for each favorable answer. Do you pray before starting your day?  Do you pray before retiring to bed?  Do you use a one-line prayer during your work?  Do you go to a spiritual retreat every six months?  Are you in contact with a spiritual guru?
AEI∞ leader Add A score, E score, I score, S1 score, and S2 score and multiply the total by 2. This is your AEI score.  A hundred is a perfect score and when you achieve that you are an AEI∞ leader!

Sleep Hygiene Score Give yourself two points for each favorable answer. Do you get at least seven hours of sleep every night with a regular sleep wake schedule even on weekends?  Do you use the bedroom only for sleep and sex?  Do you avoid alcohol within three hours of bedtime and caffeine after one o’clock?  Do you exercise at least twenty minutes a day? Studies have shown that poor sleep affects every aspect of leadership function. Now the billion dollar question is - how many O rings are overlooked in the board rooms across the world? Is leadership only about avoiding errors and disasters? How about disruptive innovation, creating new markets, designing a break-through product?
