Biscuit Recruitment wished to introduce a temporary work section for their website and use digital
advertising to promote it. As Marketing Manager led all actions. Met with the client to understand

Created campaigns and collateral with Business Development managers, Account Managers,
Managing Directors and Chief Marketing Officer.
Built weekly email campaigns and reports – reports included: open rates / click-through rates /
conversion rates / new leads / ongoing project completion.
Reason for leaving: staff changes significantly altered the scope and potential of the role.

Created a number of white papers, including “Build or Buy your LMS”, which led to Aegon
becoming a client with a yearly deal value of £75k.
3. Led in the creation of the new group website designed to draw in large clients.
Within 6 months working with Willow Starcom, their average open rate went from under 3%, to
over 19%, with a click-through rate of over 5%.
Assisted in sourcing, planning and moving from a small office in Holborn to a far larger office in
Barbican. This was due to the company undergoing rapid expansion.
Within 3 months of working with AIControlPoint, conversion rate went from 60% to over 90%,
with an estimated deal value of £100k, up from £80k.

Cloud's Memory Foam were a start-up venture based on the idea that Groupon was an outlet for sales.
The focus of this role was to work directly with the MD, bringing a singular tone of voice and
style to their content and establishing a core focus around brand identity.
Designed and developed a wide range of collateral; from A5 inserts that were delivered with the
beds to FAQ’s on the website and data sheets to explain how memory foam works.
Worked directly with the MD, then later within a team of 5 in Marketing
Worked closely with translators to establish markets around Europe. Collateral I created was
translated into French, German and Spanish.
Reason for leaving: Found some of their business practices to be at best legally grey, and at
worst morally objectionable.
