This document summarizes a case study on a staff exchange program between Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences (HIOA) in Norway and Kyambogo University (KYU) in Uganda from 2007-2013. The objectives of the project were to develop vocational teacher education programs and strengthen international collaboration through topics for student exchanges. Eight staff members from KYU participated in exchanges at HIOA, and four staff from HIOA participated at KYU. The exchanges led to achievements like developing curricula with international themes, new study programs, and capacity building through staff development.
