In the time of today the lifestyle hand fashion have a great connection to each other. When the
customer and the apparel store is talk about the products together. It is very important topic and
the. We all know that the time of today the fashion and the life style is changing the market and
also making the customer demand. And the retail stores is breaking the all the records of the
market and the great income sector. The retail business is making revenue very in a very simple
and easy way. And the other companies are making the more profit with connect together means
other companies are investing the money for gained the profit from the retail business. If I say
that there is very high profile and lots of money and job to do. It is not the bad way for job
seekers. The retail sector is also winning the reward for the best income and the work.
Globus is a big brand in the date of today when he started his work then he has only a small
working area which was local pvt. Ltd. After some time the globus has started his journey with
big store in Indore. Then they started a large area work for the store after some time the store
thoughts that lets work in market and the globus have changed his working skills and conditions
because the store was covering the new way of the business in retail sector. In the indore the
globus opened a new store with new thoughts and segment for people they apparel. This is all the
work was done in 1998 by the globus store. And after some time in 2008 the globus made his 25
functional stores and the 100 is queues for work in youth generation in the next 2 or 3 years
stores has already make this idea on his mind. Now the chairman of globus has his own two
brands Globus&F21. Now it’s known as a big brand in the youth generation and the apparel
store.

competitors against of this company. This company was marketing in urban areas by metro but

survived in the market and take some place for the working and the market just take some time

Marketing is a complex and robust activity that encompasses many different skills, competencies
and people. It is very exciting and rewarding field that offers a marketer the chance to explore his
own interest and develop the strength in areas he may never considered.
“Marketing” seems different means to different people. Some thinks of advertisement given by
the well known personalities, while other may thinks of the circulars and coupons they get in
their news paper.
Many also think of the spam in their inboxes and junk mail the postman delivers every day. In

Customer satisfaction is one of the most important things in the business and market is very
important for the store. And it is the part of the marketing and it helps us to modify the new
product for the customer to take some advantages and it also mention the customer as a thanks
purpose so it is very important to the store. In the generation of today’s market customers
becomes demanding for his fashion and life style so it is important. In fact, it is conceivable that
an increase of just one or two percent for customers demand can increase business demand for
products and services by five or more percent. This is the topic about the customers demand and
also for the market. It is the main reason of the topic to analysis the new satisfaction to the

day. And everyone wants to buy profitable thing for his self otherwise the customer want
discount on the products. So this the main thing for a customer that he want some different type

size and loyalty of the products customer is rationings in the store. I noticed that the globus store
is providing the products according to the customer and taking the trails if the customer is liking
the products on the same time of buying not postponing for buying matter. This is the customer,s

History of the company
Globus is a big company of clothing and fashion accessories apparels. In this store all kind of
variety of clothes are available for man, women, and kids. Globus is departmental store and its
retail outlets are spread all over the India.
In 1998 Globus store was discovered by Rajan Raheja group. Its first location at 35,000 square
foot store opened in Indore in June 1999, followed by two locations in Chennai. Its Mumbai
flagship opened in November 2001. In 2008 the chain had expanded to 24, stores and started a
push to greatly expand the number of location. After it’s make a chain and decided that it will
opened much branches of global in India. The chain was directed by Prakash Arya since its
founding until March 2004. But now in current session its run by the Vinay Gajanan Nadkarni,
who serves it as the managing director and CEO. Nadkarni took it over from Arya in 200,
opened the 36th store in February 2013.
In 2007, Globus has made the world’s largest Christmas stocking, which was 111 feet tall.
Kareena Kapoor has become the brand ambassador in 2008, and planned to launch her own
clothing lone with the Globus store.

store for provide the service for the customer.
The globus has maintained his environment properly for the customers and the employs of the
globus. He just hired a large staffing service for the customer satisfaction.
This matter of proud to the globus store I’m very happy to give me a support for makes me more
knowledgeable. The globus have a large area of working where I was gone and see.
The communication skill of the globus staff is very good happy after seeing this the moments I
spend in the globus very maintain and high profile view of the globus store.

4. Faces the customer’s problems and give him solution.
5. Satisfied the customer to buy the products.
6. Provide some facilities for the customer according the customer.
7. Maintain the environment cleanliness and hygine.
8. Also provide customer of your products in local market.
9. Provide some products in low value of money of the customers.
10. Keep some fashionable clothes.
11. Provide some facilities like water, tea or coffee after buy the products.

 The globus have included some high prices on the products.
 The study was limit only to moradabad city so the outcome cannot be worldwide to the
complete market place.
 Not an exact tool for predicting
 It is hard to know whether every one of the respondent gave accurate data a few

It is very important topic and the. We all know that the time of today the fashion and the life style is changing the market and also making the customer demand. And the retail stores is breaking the all the records of the market and the great income sector. The retail business is making revenue very in a very simple and easy way. And the other companies are making the more profit with connect together means other companies are investing the money for gained the profit from the retail business. If I say that there is very high profile and lots of money and job to do. It is not the bad way for job seekers. The retail sector is also winning the reward for the best income and the work. Globus is a big brand in the date of today when he started his work then he has only a small working area which was local pvt. Ltd. After some time the globus has started his journey with big store in Indore. Then they started a large area work for the store after some time the store thoughts that lets work in market and the globus have changed his working skills and conditions because the store was covering the new way of the business in retail sector. In the indore the globus opened a new store with new thoughts and segment for people they apparel. This is all the work was done in 1998 by the globus store. And after some time in 2008 the globus made his 25 functional stores and the 100 is queues for work in youth generation in the next 2 or 3 years stores has already make this idea on his mind. Now the chairman of globus has his own two brands Globus&F21. Now it’s known as a big brand in the youth generation and the apparel store.

This company was marketing in urban areas by metro but in the Bhubaneswar didn’t allow it to advertising for his store. After some time this company survived in the market and take some place for the working and the market just take some time for the measure the Brand and give the products to the store and do the efficient of market place or area. This is based on the industry’s performance for the future. So Rajan Raheja the owner of this brand decided that let,s expand the business in all over the world and keep some products in the store and sale them all. In this store all kind of variety of clothes are available for man, women, and kids. Globus is departmental store and its retail outlets are spread all over the India. In 1998 Globus store was discovered by Rajan Raheja group. Its first location at 35,000 square foot store opened in Indore in June 1999, followed by two locations in Chennai. Its Mumbai flagship opened in November 2001. In 2008 the chain had expanded to 24, stores and started a push to greatly expand the number of location. After it’s make a chain and decided that it will opened much branches of global in India. The chain was directed by Prakash Arya since its founding until March 2004.
