Meena Bindra started her clothing business from her home in Delhi by designing and selling clothes informally. With profits from early sales, she was able to hire employees and expand production. She partnered with a block printer named Devesh to experiment with new designs. As her business grew, she branded her line as "BIBA", which became a hugely popular and affordable women's ethnic fashion brand in India. Today, BIBA generates over 600 crore rupees annually with 80,000 fabric designs sold each year. Meena Bindra's friendly business approach and involvement of her sons helped transform her small business into a major success story in Indian fashion.
