Get Out, both directors have a central idea of reconstructing our society for it to best suited for us, as
individuals. Unless you knew going in that both of these movies were in the genre of Horror, you
wouldn t be expecting it, more in The Stepford Wives than in Get Out. However the interesting part

4.1Introduction
The purpose of this study is to find out what are the causes of the high compliance rate in property
taxes in the municipal city of Portmore, Jamaica. Taxes are of essential importance to small
developing countries as they do not have much needed resources. As further developments takes place
in the municipal city property values will increase, hence the amount of property tax collected by the
Portmore municipal council will also increase. This increase however, is not a guarantee that the tax
collection will be sufficient in the maintenance of the community due to the rising cost of goods and
services. Hence continuous voluntary compliance is essential and important as it most efficient for
both the tax payer and the tax authorities.

One of the causes of fear loss is caused by animals being too closely associated with the millions of
humans that surround them on a daily basis. The animals are forced to reside in human habitat because
they have nowhere else to live. The closeness can cause alterations and some urban animals trade
personal space for the convenience of the city (Soniak). Species continue to be made to live side by
side to humans and breathe the exact same air that they do. They practically share homes with humans

between the law enforcement and crime is shocking. I myself do not live in an environment where
