Water Level Control Management System
In modern society/ apartment every person is suffering from lack of water. Just because of wastage of water
from manual operation of pump, sometime operators are generally forgotten to stop the motor pump after
filling of tanks. SUBTECH has very wide range of solutions to get rid of overflow problems.
1. Water Level Indication Unit
 Indicate the water level of tank for protection of water /liquid tank from overflow.

Automatic Fire Protection Panel

Power Backup Solution/ACCL
The Changeover doesn’t have any current limitation and consumers sometimes exceeds the
load, so just to prevent it, so MCB’s are used to limit the current but this is also not safe &
comfortable as once the MCB is tripped due to overloading, it doesn’t auto-reset, we need to
ON it manually. This procedure repeats itself & become a headache to us. But now this
headache transfer to the generator and it is overloaded, which decrease the life of generator.
 Fully automatic Over Load Protection system for efficient distribution with of individually
rationed generator power in multi storied apartments, commercial complex etc.
 As the current value exceeds the preset value for more than 7-8 sec. Current Limiting Device will trip the power supply for pre
determined time 10-30 sec. It will switch ON the power supply again & start monitoring the load current again & the whole process
will restart.

LT Distribution panel
A distribution panel panel is a component of an electricity supply system which divides an electrical power

APFC (Automatic Power Factor Correction) Panel
In present era power network is go through a wide variety of electrical load which create a varying
power demand in the power supply system. So in this varying condition of electrical load it’s very
difficult to maintain a constant power factor by the use of fixed capacitors bank to be manually
switched on/off to suit the variation of Electrical load. As far as industrial load concern heavy inductive
load is very common which will results in Low power factor. Low power factor results in higher demand
charges and also of low power factor penalties. It is therefore necessary to automatic switching
operation of the suitable capacitor bank for fixing power factor from load fluctuation. This can be
achieved by Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel.

Auto Phase Sequence Panel
In hosing society with having a wide variety of power demand there are lots of varying condition
of Load conditions. There are lots of time problems like Single Phasing, Reverse Phasing &
unbalance supply are one of the major issues in electrical systems. The major cause of maximum
load burn-out is overloading which occurs due to unbalance supply. Auto Phase sequence device
is the solution for these problems.
 Switching time is 0.5 second with an Operating Voltage 130V to 280V.

4. Auto Mains Failure Panel
Auto main failure panel is used for the automatic operation of the Genset. It’s sure to provide
you the best effort: monitor the power availability both “MAINS” and “GENERATOR” automatically, and deliver
you the power; on the other hand it will monitor the operation state for Generator while the Generator is
running. During Abnormal common fault, AMF Panel will give feedback both the visual and audio signal to you by
LED display.
 Auto Start & Auto Stop the Genset when Mains fails & restores respectively.
 Auto / Manual mode selector available, automatically changes lines from Main AC to Gen Line and vice versa.
 Main restores delay time 10 sec, Start Delay Time 3-5 sec. Cool down time 30-40 sec, DG output delay time 8-10 sec.
 Cranking time standard three times cranking with Attempt cranking time of 15 sec.

Automatic Changeover/Automatic Transfer Switch
SUBTECH make auto changeover/Automatic transfer switch is used to select one line in a specified manner
between Main Utility & Genset. It gives first priority for main utility. When main supply is resumed, the connected
load is automatically shifted to mains. If main utility will be fail than load transfer on available utility by another
source automatically. Mostly used for selection of input from the generator and main line with or without time
delay.
 Switching time for Genset to Mains is 0.5 second.

Submersible Panel Starter
The Submersible panel starter here, are designed and manufactured by keeping quality assurance on the top
priority with a reliable, cost-efficient solution with easy to install and lesser number of controlling wires than that
of other brands. All the starters have been inculcated with smart digital meter that monitors as well as control the
supply and equipment running and Pre magnetic contactor (PMC) for smooth and fastest switching. Motor starter
are used for safe operation of three phase motor which can work and control the motor very well in a wide band
of voltage range (200-440 V). Both motor starters are suitable in various purposes and operated in a voltage range
from 200-400 V.
