We are looking forward to replace the old traditional system by computerized system to run the whole system in an adept manner and this would remove the sense of miscommunication between both sides. The number of advantages by enforcing this computerized online system are significantly greater as compared to the old traditional system. But if we have switched our system to online system and number of workers are not enough. It will make the system difficult for executing agency and the complainant. In this modern era, world is moving in a fast and more managed manner where everything would ultimately be provided through internet. To make UET among the best engineering institutes around the world we need to compete with others in the field of maintenance to make our system more efficient so we have to replace the old system by modern computerized online system. If we will use traditional systems in our offices, this may not lead us towards permanent solution. We have recommended OSticket system. It is best fit for the Online Maintenance System, UET.

Removing Uninteresting Bytes in Software FuzzingAftab Hussain
Imagine a world where software fuzzing, the process of mutating bytes in test seeds to uncover hidden and erroneous program behaviors, becomes faster and more effective. A lot depends on the initial seeds, which can significantly dictate the trajectory of a fuzzing campaign, particularly in terms of how long it takes to uncover interesting behaviour in your code. We introduce DIAR, a technique designed to speedup fuzzing campaigns by pinpointing and eliminating those uninteresting bytes in the seeds. Picture this: instead of wasting valuable resources on meaningless mutations in large, bloated seeds, DIAR removes the unnecessary bytes, streamlining the entire process.
In this work, we equipped AFL, a popular fuzzer, with DIAR and examined two critical Linux libraries -- Libxml's xmllint, a tool for parsing xml documents, and Binutil's readelf, an essential debugging and security analysis command-line tool used to display detailed information about ELF (Executable and Linkable Format). Our preliminary results show that AFL+DIAR does not only discover new paths more quickly but also achieves higher coverage overall. This work thus showcases how starting with lean and optimized seeds can lead to faster, more comprehensive fuzzing campaigns -- and DIAR helps you find such seeds.

Welcome, good evening, thank you for coming.
Introduce myself and colleagues.
Will try to keep it informative but short on slides if possible.
Open with a brief video to give an overview of the firm.
We are an independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists offering a broad range of professional services.
In 1946, philosopher and engineer Ove Arup set up his consulting engineering business in London. In the more than 60 years that have followed, the business has grown into an international consulting firm of unparalleled scope, owned in trust for its employees and using the business principles that Ove Arup first set out – and which he articulated for posterity in 1970 in his forward-looking ‘key speech’.
How many of you know who this is?
Our founder, Sir Ove Arup, opened the firm in 1946. Prior to studying engineering, he studied philosopher. This crucial differentiator has shaped our firm and continues to shape our direction.
To know where we have come from is to understand where we are going.
Prior to retiring, he wrote what is now known as the Key Speech. It is available for download on our website and is critical reading for anyone considering joining the firm. It sets out our aims and objectives as members of the Arup community.

- an enduring set of values
- a unique trust ownership which fosters a distinctive culture
- and an intellectual independence that encourages collaborative working
We are independent. With no external shareholders or investors we are free to spend, invest, train, research and develop the areas that we are interested in.
Our business model is simple. 60% of earnings are re-invested into the firm, our staff and our training. The other 40% is divided equally into profit share bonuses that are rewarded twice per year regardless of performance. It is a reward for being part of the Arup community, that grows with each year of service that you give to the firm.
This is how we describe ourselves externally in the market place to clients, rather than reflective of our internal structure.
Arup now has over 91 offices across Europe, North America, Africa, Australasia and South East Asia. It has tripled in size in the last ten years, and now has over 11,000 people worldwide (in 39 countries).
This slide needs updating slightly, but the purpose is to demonstrate that we are truly diverse. Our 2015 Graduate intake comprise of 40 different nationalities. Over 10% of our intake is from outside of the UK, and we do currently support students that require visas. The government is changing the regulations around this at the moment but we welcome applications from all.
With 14 offices across the UK & Northern Ireland, as well as three offices in the Middle East and 2 in South Africa which make up the rest of the UKMEA region, currently we have over 4,000 staff.
