I have installed a mechanism with an axial high pressure reaction
turbines including a backward curved reaction turbine (Exhaust
Fan Blade) in a single shaft with an electrical generator which will
convert the kinematic energy into mechanical work and by
mechanical work we can generate electricity, when the pressure

At present scenario, productivity and economics of machining work pieces in large
quantity is greatly affected by use of work holding devices like fixture. To achieve
require accuracy with reduced rework and easy handling, fixtures are provided. This
project is about designing the fixture for pressing bearing inside the crank case. For
this purpose of designing and analysing the modelling software known as solid works is
to be used. The fixture is design mainly to get multiple bearing pressed on crank case
while keeping it stable and to get the accuracy of press within tolerance limit.

stage all the races and rollers are given heat through electric furnace at 845 c to
855 c temperatures through which defective pieces are removed. It means this
testing of races and rollers are done to measure the capacity of products.
2. Grinding of Races and Roller:
This is the fourth stage in manufacturing process. After heat treatment, the part
of races and rollers are refined inner and outer part of races and rollers are given
shape through the grinding machine.
3. Tapping, turning and finishing:
In this stage there are checking of rollers and races because it has single
mistake or defeat in outer and inner side of races and rollers. If any races and
