How get in to D2L and your course.

2. Mozilla Firefox is the
recommended browser for
accessing Desire2Learn for both
PC and Macs
You can download at this address if you
do not have it.
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

3. Start
Go to the Ursuline website
www.ursuline.edu
 Go to the bottom of the website
 Click on "Desire2Learn"


4. D2L Portal
You are now at the D2L portal. Use your
Ursuline ID and PW. Make sure you run the
System Check first.

5. Please click here for a
system check before you
begin -IMPORTANT
If you did not click on the System
Check, PLEASE help save yourself lost
time and energy by going back and
checking to ensure you computer
system is current and up-to-date so D2L
will work properly.

If your Ursuline ID & PW do not work

Ursuline's homepage for D2L

7. This is where you select your courses
Note: the "Select a Course"

8. Select your courses
Once you click on "Select a
Course'
A drop-down box like you see to
the left will appear
Here is a list of your courses. You
will notice a 'pushpin' that is
colored and others that are
grayed-out.
By clicking on a pushpin you color
it; thereby moving it always to the
top after you closed it. By clicking
again you 'uncolor" it..
Clicking on the course moves you
to your actual course.

9. Clicking on "Content" gets you into the course

10. 
You are now ready to browse the
course. You can use the Table of
Contents or the Navigation bar across
the top.

11. Access Help Videos
There are also help videos to get you
started with the other features of
Desire2Learn. You can find them under
Help Topics then Video Basics on the gray
navigation bar.
