11. Hobbies/sports
Development of some hobby will be a boost reduce the stress. We
can select any hobby like playing music, gardening, sudoku, solving
puzzles etc
Playing sports is a good aerobic exercise as well as a best method
to reduce the stress. Depending upon age, we can select a sport
like shuttle, tennis, cricket etc.
If above both activities are not possible at least we can listen to
music, play indoor games ,watch sports activities etc to reduce the
stress.
12. YOGA/MEDITATION
Yoga has proven all over the world that it will reduce the
stress and gives good energy.
Meditation calms down the mind. Little time of meditation
will erase whatever stress one has accumulated.
Practice of Yoga and Meditation every day will help in
leading stress free life.
