This document summarizes a study conducted by university students on stress levels of postgraduate students. It included a survey of 15 postgraduate students to measure their stress symptoms and coping strategies. The results found that more than 50% of students reported stress-related issues like nightmares and feelings of low self-worth. Most students reported moderate to high stress levels. While coping strategies varied, many engaged in exercise, spending time with friends, and rest. The document concludes with tips for reducing stress through maintaining a positive attitude, relaxation, accepting limitations, resting, being active, and identifying personal stressors and coping mechanisms.
