I think the effect of the portrayals of women in this film will have different effects depending on the
audience. From the babysitter portrayal girls and young women may learn a particular script about
what a babysitter should be and/or do. Older women, may compare themselves to the script of

I wished this poem had more showing, instead of telling, such as with the failed marriage and the will
to continue living. I think more specificity in your images, would eliminate both some of the moments
where the poem borders on cliche as well as the moments that distance the reader from the snapshots.

The second note for revision I have for this poem is to think about the form. Right now the form isn t

Offender profiling can be described as the process often used in extremely serious offences such as
serial murder or sexual assault. The process aims to identify unique characteristics about the offender
through examining the characteristics of the offence and gathering information about the victim
(Farrington, 2007) as well as using information gained from previous similar offences before
gradually building up an offender profile.
In order for offender profiling to be considered useful, it must gather detailed information about the
offender, victim and crime scene which can then be used effectively by police detectives to eliminate
