• Create an open , dynamic and symbiotic
environment for our members to SCALE UP in
their respective businesses by providing a
platform to share, ideate, question and
validate experiences and ideas
• We have set a goal as a group to reach a
turnover of 90 crores together this financial
year!
Performance v/s Goals

• 2 disengagements after goal setting and 2 new
group members

• Topics covered
– Marketing , HR retention, Challenges of B2B
businesses, Tackling the Giants etc.
Key Improvisations by the Group
• Understanding each others business plans
– To search for answers within ourselves about the
core question of whether the business is scalable
or not and are we yet ready to scale up?

• Marathon 2 day overnight session to focus on
the above
• Successfully incorporated a few exercises
from the facilitator workshop in April
– like visual representation of what our group
stands for, etc.
