• Our mission : to evolve into an eco system of
mutual trust, confidence and respect for
soaring growth of its members.

• Tag line :Where eagles dare.
• Objective :To achieve significant and
sustained growth for each of its members
through information exchange.
Performance v/s Goals
• Our goals of mutual trust and confidence have been
the foremost platform and we have 125% achieved the
same with total honesty and faith.
• Each of us has taken this base year to achieve personal
goals and built our personalities beyond our
expectations.
• We are personally confident of the quantum leap as
2013 has strengthened our core.
• On challenges recorded august 2012 – most of us have
solved up to minimum 33% if not more.

• Introduced a 15 minute burning issue agenda.
• Reduced to 1 presentation a meeting.
• Allowed one of our members a longer
presentation opportunity.
• Had a full day session inUmargaonwith a
brainstorming session on what we wish to
achieve and what we would like to watch out
for.
Key Learnings
• Important to connect honestly, no one has a
vested interest emotionally and financially, we
are not being judged.
• Inspirational bonding.
• Every business has issues ours are not unique.
• Every person has a similar goal.
• Work life balance .
• Balance between firmness and empathy.

• Attendance – genuine issues.

• Concrete business growth in an economical
challenging year.

not been able to convert to a benefit.

• Eagles fly at high altitude and no other bird can get to the height.
• Eagles have strong vision & ability to focus . Have a vision and
remain focused no matter what the obstacle and we will succeed.
• Eagles steer clear of outdated information and always do their
research well.
• Eagles use the storms of life to rise to greater heights . Achievers
relish challenges and use them profitably.
• Eagles tests the commitment of people they wish to partner with
in private or business ventures.
• Active participation of all eagles lead to success and do not let
their partners languish but push to grow and prosper
