This document discusses different draft designs for a record label logo called Sterling Records. It analyzes each draft based on criteria of being sophisticated, bold, modern, appealing to young professionals and adults, and reinforcing the name "Sterling Records". Drafts are rejected for not meeting these criteria, such as using a font better suited for rock music or having a handwritten style. The final draft chosen uses a silk and bold font with an outer glow and double ring on the letters "ST" to convey wealth, sophistication, class and modernism for the target audience.
