This document outlines the production schedule for a video shoot, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages. Pre-production includes a location recce from October 9th to 15th, a test shoot on October 16th in the late afternoon and evening, and rehearsals from November 16th to 23rd in the late afternoon and evening. Production will be the main shoot on November 23rd. Post-production includes editing from November 21st to March 12th over an 18 week period. Key crew are available for most stages while availability of key cast is still to be confirmed.
