4. What is the Purpose for the STaR chart? The Texas Teacher STaR Chart is rubric to grade the integration of technology on campuses. It was developed around the four areas of the Texas Long Range Plan for Technology. Students are given on-demand access and all classrooms are fully equipped with the appropriately technology.
