This thesis examines the spatial analysis of pavement management for selected signalized intersections in Hilla City, Iraq. It was submitted in partial fulfillment of a Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Transportation from the University of Babylon's College of Engineering. The thesis analyzes pavement conditions at signalized intersections using spatial analysis techniques to evaluate maintenance and rehabilitation needs. It was supervised and approved by University of Babylon faculty.
