7. Batching of the different grades of high quality
raw jute
are fed in the spreader and the softener and
then
sprayed emulsion, the mixture of oil, water and
emulsifier.

9. After finishing the yarn from unit one, the yarn is
sent to a beam and observe the quality. Then the
beam is taken to a loom.
These are delivered to cutting machine where sack
are cut within the size of 92 inch, 44-21 inch.In the
finishing unit the upper part of sack is sewed by
hamming machine.
The size of sack is 44 inch and those are bundled
by 25 piece one by one.

Unit -2(Preparation of sack):
After finishing the yarn from unit one, the yarn is sent to a beam and observe the quality.
Then the beam is taken to a loom. In working unit S4A is produced from loom and
maintained the quality. The latter is sent to a dumping by manually not using calendaring
machine. These are delivered to cutting machine where sack are cut within the size of 92
inch, 44-21 inch. In the finishing unit the upper part of sack is sewed by hamming machine.
The side of the sack is sewed by heracle machine. At present bags are made in one by one.
The size of sack is 44 inch and those are bundled by 25 piece one by one. For packing of
yarn a very thin sack is produced.

11. PRECISION WINDING: As per specification of
the buyers, the single or twisted yarn is
wound in precision winding for more
compacting.
INSPECTION, PACKING & MARKETING: The
Manufactured jute yarn/ twine will be finally
inspected/checked and packed for export
marketing.
