Auto stripe machine give stable structure with auto-stripper device, which could get various colors. Auto stripe & Engineering is commonly mark in use that does not goes with their definition. Today I will discuss regarding knit stripe patter.

2. Feeder Stripe:
Feeder stripe is a pattern that repeatedly comes in the garment & generally fits within
1.9 inches or not more than 5 cm.
There is no extra device on feeder stripe.
Production cost is low.
Productivity is high.
Note: Terry fabric Yarn Dyed stripe not possible to do more than 2 cm because of
technical limitation. But if loop yarn is also dyed yarn then possible. This mean stripe
will be visible both top & back side of the fabric. Some time we do mistake during price
quotation to consider more than 2 cm stripe on top only& later find cost gets double
because top & back both side require dyed yarn.

3. There is an extra device named “Finger” that can
feed extra thread for knitting.
Limited machine can do this stripe.
More fabric wastages.
Low productivity.
Production cost high approximately 7-10 times
higher.

4. Auto stripe
Auto stripe is stripe pattern more than 1.9 inch or 5 cm but repeatedly
comes in the garment.
There is no limitation in repeating unit.
All machines cannot do this stripe.
There is an extra device named “Finger” that can feed extra thread for
knitting.
Low productivity.
Production cost high approximately 7-10 times higher.
