time period from October 2010 until August 2012
Mr. Ali as a civil engineer was effectively capable in representing us in building and completing the commercial
complex ( Yafa Mall ) located in Tulkarm at Nablus road which consists of 28 stores and a big gala hall for events
( Rotana ) , the total built up area of this project is 1800 m2 .
The duties and responsibilities of Mr. Ali were as follows:
1- Coordinate with the architecture and designer office at the design stage to make sure that architectural
and structural drawings are in line with best engineering standards and practices.
2- Coordinate with local authorities including the municipality, the civil defense and the other concerned local
departments in issuance the building permit according the local rules and regulations.
3- Mr. Ali was involved with us in setting the budget of the project by estimating the predicted cost and time
duration of the project.
4- Manage the contractors and make sure they are executing the work in accordance of the shop drawings
and the designer instructions.
5- Manage the materials suppliers mainly steel and concrete to make sure that these two items are utilized
efficiently, according to the structural design and to the agreed quantity and quality standards.
6- Manage and look after all safety aspects of the project and make sure all the personnel involved in the
project are complying with the safety procedures and instructions.
Mr. Ali was a valuable engineer for the project and added remarkable engineering value to the success and
completion of the project on the estimated time and assigned budget .He has shown dedication, time punctuality,
high ability in solving various types of problems and taking prompt decisions.
