This document creates 12 committees for the "Mutya ng Kalikasan 2008" competition to celebrate Environment Month and the DENR anniversary. It assigns DENR officials and employees as chairpersons, vice-chairpersons, and members to the committees on oversight, finance and registration, ways and means, food, entertainment, program and invitation, production, venue, screening, and logistics. The committees will facilitate activities for the competition. Expenses will be covered by DENR funds according to accounting rules.
