This document outlines an action plan by the La Libertad Elementary School's School Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council. The plan has three objectives: 1) To educate teachers and pupils on emergency activities during earthquakes through quarterly drills from June 2019 to March 2020. 2) To launch a Disaster Prevention Month in July 2019 through presentations and videos about preparedness. 3) To conduct a school-based orientation on climate change adaptation, mitigation and preparedness in late July 2019. The plan identifies activities, responsible persons/agencies, funding sources, timelines and expected outputs for each objective. It was prepared by the school's disaster management coordinator and approved by the school superintendent.
