About the workshop leaders:
Michiel is Senior Consultant Risk Finance with focus on
Solvency II (mainly Pillar II advisory), Captive Advisory,
(Alternative) Risk Finance, Total Cost of Risk. optimization,
Solvency II, Pilar II and Actuarial and Analytics. Michiel
developed the ORSA methodology for the Netherlands,
which was approved by DNB.
Roeland works for Aon Global Risk Consulting in the
Netherlands as senior consultant, with focus on the Power
& Utilities and the Construction industry.He is consultant for
the lenders on the risk management and insurance of PPP
projects in Europe. He is consultant to construction- and
lenders consortia for (very) large DBFMO contracts. He is
consultant on risk and insurance for several large
investment projects in the (sustainable) energy sector in
both construction- and operations phase. Roeland is
involved in due diligence reporting on operational risks for
diverse projects and companies.

About the workshop leaders:
Ciska is a Co-founder and practising partner at Astrea since
its foundation in 2006, prior to this she has worked as a
practicing partner at Lawfort, Van Passel, Servais and
Vennoten (which later became Lexeco. Cisca is fluent in 3
languages and is a member of the Antwerp Bar and also
Guberna, the Association of Public Law Practitioners and the
International Bar Association (IBA).
Dieter completed his Masters in law in 1998 at the
University of Lueven and also possesses a masters in
business law. Dieter has been at Astrea since 2014 and
speaks 4 languages, he has also been admitted to the
Brussels Bar and is an active member of AIJA and the IBA.
