My SMART Goal
– I will research and know 3 different
formative assessments I can use in the
classroom and I will submit a PowerPoint
that demonstrates how I accomplished my
smart goal, by the end of fall semester of
2017.

in their own growth, to monitor learner
progress, and to guide the teacher’s and
learner’s decision making.

– 1. I researched different formative
assessment techniques.

learning process to guide my further
instruction during the lesson and future
lessons.

Smart goal

  • 2. My SMART Goal – I will research and know 3 different formative assessments I can use in the classroom and I will submit a PowerPoint that demonstrates how I accomplished my smart goal, by the end of fall semester of 2017.

  • 9. Steps Taken to Achieve Goal – 1. I researched different formative assessment techniques. – 2. I implemented some of these assessments into my lesson plan, and had students use them during my lesson.
  • 10. Results Achieved – I received good results in my lesson plan on my assessments. – Student engagement – I was also able to monitor my students learning process to guide my further instruction during the lesson and future lessons.
