What is Cable?
A cable is a thick wire, or a group of wires inside a rubber or
plastic covering, which is used to carry electricity or electronic
signals.
Use of cable:
A cable is used for power transmission, for telecommunication
signals or to carry electricity.
What is Coaxial Cable?
A coaxial cable is a type of shielded and insulated copper
cable that is used in computer networks and to deliver
cable TV services to end users.
Use: Coaxial cable is commonly used by cable operators,
telephone companies, and internet providers around the world
to convey data, video, and voice communications to customers. It
has also been used extensively within homes.
Single-core Power Cable is frequently used Domestic intent.
They are primarily utilized in electric apliances, these cables can
have a fantastic load that's the reason why they are more favored
in domestic applications.
Can handle high temperature.
Single core cables are very high ambient wires; these cables are
a good conductor of electricity as well as heat. These cannot melt
or burn easily.
Multi-core Cable is cables, which contains more than one core in
the cable. These are flexible cables which are widely used for
electric purpose, these cables are professionally made with good
quality
Unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cables are widely used in
the computer and telecommunications industry as
Ethernet cables and telephone wires.
Shielded twisted pair (STP) cable was originally designed
by IBM for token ring networks that include two
individual wires covered with a foil shielding, which
prevents electromagnetic interference, thereby
transporting data faster.
What is RJ45 Connector?
The eight-pin RJ45 connector is a standardised interface which
often connects a computer to a local area network (LAN). This
type of connector was originally developed for telephone
communications but is now used in a range of applications. The
abbreviation, RJ45, stands for Registered Jack-45.
What is CAT5 Wire?
Cat5 stands for Category 5, is a kind of network cabling consisting
of four twisted copper wire pairs that end RJ45 connectors. Cat-5
cables support up to 100 MHz frequencies to 1000 Mbps speeds.
