Designed to help us both individually and as practitioners to understand what resiliency is, how it is achieved, and how to apply the … There were two excellent keynote speakers at the conference – Ariana Huffington and David Rock You may know Ariana as the former Co-founder and Editor in Chief of Huffington Post. She is also the founder of the wellness start-up Thrive Global, which is working in partnership with Accenture currently in the US, Japan, India, Argentina and Ireland, with e-courses, assessments and coaching that focus on the whole self so that people can be their best personally and professionally. Accenture plans to expand these offerings to other countries as well. Davis Rock is the Director of the Neuroleadership Institute, where their focus is to operationalize brain research to develop better leaders and managers. His work is currently operating in 24 countries, and his theories are being taught in graduate Organization Development programs.
