More than ever before, digital transformation is putting managers under pressure to navigate organizations into the future successfully. It is not enough to only design digital processes & innovations, but we have to rethink organizations and their purpose entirely. This requires a new mindset that builds on resilience and adaptability, as well as courage and creativity. The workshop taught various tools to deal with this uncertainty and to change our current ways of thinking so that we can actively shape the future.

Authored by: Gerald C. Kane , Anh Nguyen Phillips , Jonathan R. Copulsky and Garth R. Andrus
Over the course of four years, authors Gerald C. Kane, Anh Nguyen Phillips, Jonathan R. Copulsky and Garth R. Andrus surveyed more than 16,000 businesspeople worldwide about the impact of digital disruption on their organizations. The researchers’ insights can help guide any company to “digital maturation.” They found that technology alone doesn’t drive digitalization. Rather, a firm’s talent, culture, adaptability and leadership matter most. The authors offer strong arguments, detailed examples and solid advice, including a warning not to copy another firm’s digital path but to adapt the process to your unique culture.

The Culture Cure for Digital: How to Fix What’s Ailing BusinessCognizant
Work cultures that have developed over time can be too slow-moving and complacent for the digital age. Business leaders need to intentionally reshape the organizational culture to energize people for the work of the future.

Our workforce is continually changing. So is technology. As these two factors intertwine with humanity, our work lives will become more complex requiring strong vision, leadership, and adaptability. There are a few factors that will shape the future of work. These are namely, workforce demographics will be drastically different, hierarchy and centralization will be done, success will be more than profit, traditional education will hold less value and future leaders will be digital natives.
In today’s knowledge-based, global economy, leveraging internal and external talent has never been more important. Read on to see the future of the open talent economy.

In 2020, the Ministry of Home Affairs established a committee led by Prof. (Dr.) Ranbir Singh, former Vice Chancellor of National Law University (NLU), Delhi. This committee was tasked with reviewing the three codes of criminal law. The primary objective of the committee was to propose comprehensive reforms to the country’s criminal laws in a manner that is both principled and effective.
The committee’s focus was on ensuring the safety and security of individuals, communities, and the nation as a whole. Throughout its deliberations, the committee aimed to uphold constitutional values such as justice, dignity, and the intrinsic value of each individual. Their goal was to recommend amendments to the criminal laws that align with these values and priorities.
Subsequently, in February, the committee successfully submitted its recommendations regarding amendments to the criminal law. These recommendations are intended to serve as a foundation for enhancing the current legal framework, promoting safety and security, and upholding the constitutional principles of justice, dignity, and the inherent worth of every individual.
