This document outlines a 4 lesson plan with the following objectives: 1) Students will analyze media literacy and create a TV commercial script. 2) Students will learn customer service vocabulary and grammar structures to request services. 3) Students will get peer feedback on an infomercial script and learn about tailoring services. 4) Students will discuss event planning vocabulary, listen to an event planning conversation, and share their own event planning ideas. The lessons aim to improve students' language skills through video clips, readings, discussions and role-playing activities focused on procrastination, marketing, customer service and event planning.
