- Practise where you can, when you can.
- It's important to build your confidence.
- Try to experiment with the English you know.
- Expand your vocabulary.
- Work on your pronunciation.
- Try to respond to what people say to you.

silent.
- Don't speak too fast!
- Try to relax when you speak.
