MCRM (Metro Customer Relationship Management):
It is a Metro internal application to support delivery business for the customers.
Involved in streamlining the process right from setting up the pricing policy to delivery and reconciliation.
This has given a significant improvement in increase in the customer satisfaction which resulted in increase
sales.
Metro link:
It is a collaborative platform for Metro and Suppliers to exchange information digitally. METRO Link groups
all relevant programs and data for suppliers. This ensures quick and easy access for the user. METRO Link
offers a uniform basis for knowledge-sharing between buyers and suppliers. This optimizes negotiation
processes.
Closely involved with Corporate in designing the website. Have been SPOC for this project. Interacted with
suppliers for the usage of this tool.
General Administration
Make travel arrangements for executives (includes visa process, ticketing and hotel reservation)
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences,
Calendar Management etc.
Maintain the record of travel expenses
Arrange business cards for the employees

Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)
Manage all pre-event planning, e.g. organizing guest speakers and delegate packs
Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all
runs smoothly and to budget
